    Wanting to make a change for my routine tonight

    Anybody got any good ideas to mix up my routine for tonight? Drop sets or maxing out? I dont wanna go and do the same poundages for the same reps tonight, it gets so boring. I wanna use the same exercices but, do it in a different way. If anybody has any ideas, I can show you my exercises, sets, reps for tonight, and maybe you can show me a variation to do using the same exercises.

    Duh, my bad. Tonight's gig as follows:

    bench 2 x 8-6

    incline bench 2 x 8-6

    dips 2 x failure

    chins 2 x 8-6

    barbell bent over row 2 x 8-6

    sldl 2 x 8-6

    barbell shrugs 1 x 10

    You could bump the reps up, you could bump them down. You could add a set, you could take one away. It's all up to you.

    you could also mess around with sequence for the hell of it....

    maybe do dips first for a change, and then take bench to failure or something...

    or do back first or something...

    How could I work drop sets for these?
