Ok I was just thinking and I wanna know if there is an approximate answer to this???
Ok lets say you're lifting, eating during a bulking stage, and just assume that you're lifting correctly.... Will muscle automaticly go to your parts in addition to the fat? Because it seams whenever I start to gain weight it seams to go to my stomach?
Mind you its not a lot, but I just get scared after the first 7 or 8 pounds I gain because I dont see it on my arms, I only see it on my stomach??? How much should one gain before they begin to see their arms start to grow bigger? Or any muscle group for that matter?
