my chest days look like this
3 sets bench 6-8 reps
3 sets dips 8-10 reps
2 sets incline 6-8
2/3 sets flyes
then about 3 sets tris
3 sets shoulders (upright row, military)
is that too much? it feels right to me but what is an avg set number ?
my back days have about the same amt of work. i go 3 days, other days are back/bi, legs. im thinking about a new routine soon, but itl need to be 3 days, i work construction and am tired after work

Okay, I'm sorry but I didn't really understand your post. How often is the routine repeated? It looks fine to me but it also depends on the frequency of your workouts...
Okay, are you saying that you do chest, back, legs...then repeat it again without any rest? You need rest.

Since you are working in construction, why not give 2 days of fullbody a try: every 3 days or so. I think you should already get a good enough workout from the manual labors.Originally Posted by sLip
