I think they are called the rear delts...its basically the back of my shoulder. I think I pulled it...Do you guys know any exercises to warm up the rear delts before starting to lift?
I do face pulls and face-down incline shoulder raises for my rear delts. Also upright rows.
I like to pul the left elbow across my body with the right hand, and vice-versa...
