    Rear Delts?

    I think they are called the rear delts...its basically the back of my shoulder. I think I pulled it...Do you guys know any exercises to warm up the rear delts before starting to lift?

    put your arm across your chest and stretch

    I like to pul the left elbow across my body with the right hand, and vice-versa...

    uhm, he said warmup before lifting. Not stretch before lifitng.

    Do no-weight rear flys. If you have access to an arm bike, use that.

    If you think you pulled something, the smartest thing to do would be to give it a rest for 3-7 days.
