I'm going to be in a place with ZERO access to weights for 2 weeks, and I was wondering what specific exercises would be good? I know basic things like pushups and crunches and stuff, but anything specific, like really good things that have worked for you that you find to be really helpful? Thanks for anything.
Running hills, crunches, chins, side bends, side crunches, russian twists, dips, pushups, shadow boxing, lunges holding heavy object, leg lifts.

what are side bends and russian twists?Originally Posted by Nick Hatfield
Side bends and when you stand up wit your feet spread apart a bit, then lean straight over to the side and down. It gets some work done and helps flexibility.
Russian twists are something you've probably heard of, just under a different name. You lay down with your knees up. Then do a situp, but bring your right elbow to your left knee. Then lay back down and bring your left elbow to your right knee and so on.
