Nicely played, Brian. Despite my lack of posting, I am being consistent as well- just far too busy to make organized posts on here. Just have a free night now because of lack of school tomorrow.

Vacation should be fun...just pick an island not ravaged by the hurricane hell of '05. BTW, props on that PSMF diet, i seriously don't know how people survive that for more than a couple days.

pants are fighting more loose already...tonight is going to be a full body style workout...missed workout last night because of a meeting at work

and I have also got 12 oz bottles of gatorade to help with some energy during the workout.

for the past 3 nights in a row i wake up at 3am STARVING. the heat stack is definitely helping with the energy some and i think it has upped my metabolism some.

Good deal Brian. Great job on keeping the diet clean. I still don't know how you suffer through all that though haha.

Nice. I bet you keep your sugars pretty low when on this?

Have you discussed this with your Dr. at all? If so, what were his/her thoughts??

eric: yeah my sugars stay pretty low...I discussed it with him when I was doing it before...and he was fine with it. My sugar will go up a little on saturday when i refeed. my last a1c was 6.5 which is very good for me. I just cant let them get to low that is all he was worried about. Once i get my weight back to where I want to be i may see if he will let me try controlling it with diet.
