    QUICKLY! home-training ideas

    im at an apartment in israel and don't want to find a gym caus im leaving to a new city tomorrow. i need ideas...anything really i just want to feel like im working. im gonna do pushups and dips if these chairs are sturdy, and 1 leg squats. what else

    go outside and find a pull ups.
    get a piece of rope,, sturdy stick and tie them togther. tie the other end to a big book. do wrist curls.
