    quasi-before pics

    Been doing Max-OT for a week and a half. Been working out over all for about a month and a half now.

    Got a lot of work to do (especially around the middle...)

    Sorry the photos are so big, but I'm not that handy w/ Photoshop yet. Taken w/ Canon Digital Rebel on small setting.

    Max-ot definitely works. Stick with it and you will start noticing differences quickly.
