    First Pics. 8 weeks of training

    Hi Everyone.

    Well here goes.... My first post pic.

    Im now 8 weeks in and this picture shows me on the first day (right) and as of Saturday (left).

    feeling a lot better about myself. I guess You can see some changes between them.

    I want to take another pic after 6 months.

    Good job bro, lost mostly all the weight in your mid section that's the biggie. You've also put on some muscle that's always a plus!
