    calorie percentage breakdowns

    I notice that some people have different breakdowns for how much protein/carb/fat they want to eat.

    What do you do and why?

    This is what I do: anything wrong with it?
    39% Pro
    36% Carb
    25% Fat

    I do something quite similar to that.
    Why? conveniance + it works well for me
    Best Meet @ Lifts@181:...............Best gym lifts
