Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Get yourself a bench that has many settings of incline/decline and get a powerrack and your set.

I would make sure to get something solid enough to last. I have stuff by the brand Body Solid and it seems pretty good. I've had over 500 lbs resting on my power rack and dropped over 400 on it and had no problems.

I just want to reiterate that a power rack is the ultimate piece of gym equipment.

i think so too, racks are just so standard, logical.
my gym doesn`t have a rack OR a cage... makes you think dont it?

nobody in my gym squats or deads. makes you think dont it?
