    equiptment upgrade

    I am currently trying to upgrade my benchin equiptment and have found a few brands i was wondering if anyone uses or has heard of and could vouch for..

    1. Yukon Big bear Bench

    2. Stinger Olympic bench/squat ** this one LOOKS the best not sure though

    3. Key strength teck olympic bench

    If you have any other ideas for a home benching with flat/incline.. prefer add ons as well.. hit me up

    IMPEX is good quality. I got one. I don't use it though

    Not a "fitness machine" I am looking at Benches, with squat backs.. free weight benching

    Get yourself a bench that has many settings of incline/decline and get a powerrack and your set.
    Best Meet Lifts(Raw w/wraps):
    @165- 435 SQ 270 BE 560 DL.....1255 total
    @181- 535 SQ 300 BE 570 DL.....1400 total
    Best Meet Lifts(Multi-ply):
    @148- 575 SQ 315 BE 515 DL.....1400 total
    @165- 680 SQ 380 BE 540 DL.....1555 total
    @181- 700 SQ 375 BE 535 DL.....1605 total
    Best Gym Lifts(Raw w/wraps)
    545 SQ 305 BE 585 DL

    I would make sure to get something solid enough to last. I have stuff by the brand Body Solid and it seems pretty good. I've had over 500 lbs resting on my power rack and dropped over 400 on it and had no problems.


    I just want to reiterate that a power rack is the ultimate piece of gym equipment.

    i think so too, racks are just so standard, logical.
    my gym doesn`t have a rack OR a cage... makes you think dont it?

    nobody in my gym squats or deads. makes you think dont it?
