    Dodgy Rotator Cuff

    Anyone have any stories regarding rotator cuff injuries and ingenious ways in which they fixed the problem ???

    I tore mine slightly when I was a youth playing volleyball. The biggest part of my rehab was standing at arms length from a wall and having my fingers "walk" up the wall. Then I'd turn and "walk" my fingers sideways up the wall. It's quite painful at first, but is was great for recovering.

    thanks, that's a really interesting one that I never would have thought of. Know where I can find out more about it?

    I also found rubber tubing to be helpful for strengthening the tendon.

    Rubber tubing has rebuilt the rotator cuffs of many athletes. I'd recommend doing it whether you have an injury or not.

    what do you do with the rubber tubing?

    just stretch it across your chest?
