I have a cold and I don't train since 5 days. I wanna know if it's best to do a little training cause of my health or to wait the end of the problem.
And what to take to recovery power with a cold ??
well a while ago I would have said stop being a wussy and train. Its only a cold.
However I just feel that from my experience I recover from ilness far quicker if I take a break from training.
My last cold I had, I had it for like 2 weeks. I stopped training for 5 days and it went.

I'm with Hulk. In my experience, training has only caused me to keep being sick.
