    Critique My Routine Please!

    Ladies and gentlemen, this is my routine that I've been putting together, I would greatly appreciate any input as to what I can do to make it better. I've previously been on WBB routines 1 & 2 for a total of 11 months, and now am looking to customize my own. For this routine I am planning on going five days a week. [Editted post Soba and Built's suggestions 7/12]

    Day 1:
    Flat BB Bench Press - 3x8
    Low Incline db Bench Press - 2x8
    Dips - 3x8
    Assisted Pull Up - 3x8
    Deadlift - 3x8
    Shrugs - 2x8

    Day 2:
    Squats - 3x8
    Straight Legged Dead Lifts - 3x8
    Leg Curls - 2x8
    Standing Calf Raise - 3x8

    Day 3:
    Seated BB Military Press - 3x8
    Posterior Delt Raise - 2x8
    Lateral Delt Fly - 2x8
    Close Grip Bench Press - 3x8
    French Press - 2x8
    BB Bicep Curl - 2x8
    db Hammer Curls - 2x8

    So there it is! Is the split good? I wasn't completely sure it was divided up properly. The schedule is usually Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Rest Day, Repeat. Comments and critiques are welcome, thanks yall!
