Anyone ever try rest-pause training?
I'm thinking of giving it a go and wondering what people's experiences have been with it.
If using sub-maximal or even maximal weight (90-95%), then they will allow you to do more reps compared to straight sets.
VERY good way of training IMO.
basically, isnt it like doing breathing squats for other stuff too? its lower rep range than most breathing squat type things but thats basically what it is aint it? and with slightly longer rest between reps and less between sets?

The way I undertstand it is 90+% of your max, one rep, 10 second rest, another rep, 10 sec ect till you do 8-10 reps then on to the next exercise.
