    Which do i want to use?

    Im trying to gain muscle mass but dont wanna put on the extra fat that i did getting to this point. Iv increased my running a lot for football...i want to take either the nitrean or opt, but dont knw which,,pleaqse help thank you

    That is an interesting question.

    It would depend on how many additional calories you will require to add additional mass. Opticen includes carbs with protein while Nitrean is just protein.

    The safe answer would be Nitrean as it gives you additional protein without any calories above and beyond the protein content.
