Hello everybody. Most of you have seen my build and i was just wondering based on my size and build which technique you think would be more beneficial for my deadlift. I wanna start a 10 week deadlift routine and i wanna pick one technique and stick with it but im not sure whether or not i should deadlift conventional or sumo style... just wondering what some of the more experienced deadlifters have to say about that and im open to any suggestions.
