Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    calves

Do calves first in your leg workout or do them another day when your legs are rested - else you'll be another of those fools walking around the gym sporting a pair of drumsticks

doing calves after legs is fine. Do not do them before or you will be using energy that you should be saving for squating. Plus big squaters have big calves as they are used in the movement.

Seems everyone can grow quads, looks like few can grow calves - makes sense to try to get it in balance from the start . . .

Like I said do 'em on another day, standing calf raises are hard to do when your legs are shaking from squats.

    Cheers, Lee
