    Best option when your scheduled gym day is messed up

    Okay, so lets say something happens that messes up your intended work out for the day, ie- no spotter available, gym closed, stuck with weights at home, etc. Do you all think it is better to just not do anything that day regarding those muscles, and do the intended routine tomorrow, pushing everything back a day? Or better to make due with at home weights, doing a slightly less thorough workout? I'm not sure I'm wording my question the best way, but any insight would be appreciated!
