    How to get things sorted out?

    Hey All -

    Could someone direct me to resources where I can find out what type of workouts and eating I should be doing for my body type? I am assuming there are some websites out there that let you plug in your stats and give some guidelines for people wanting to start a routine. Anyone know of these? Thanks for your time and help.
