How to get things sorted out?

    Hey All -

Could someone direct me to resources where I can find out what type of workouts and eating I should be doing for my body type? I am assuming there are some websites out there that let you plug in your stats and give some guidelines for people wanting to start a routine. Anyone know of these? Thanks for your time and help.

When you're a noob it's pretty much one size fits all. What are your current stats, experience and goals?

this is the only website you need. You here! might as well use it. You'll be surprised at what people on here know that you don't know they know you don't know they know about body building.

    Ooh meet my friend !

    For your body type?

    Are you a human?
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
