    Warmups and WBB#1

    I was wondering what, if any warmups I should do for WBB#1. I'm coming back off an injury (again) and want to make sure it doesn't happen again. Since there are only 2 sets for most excerices, would 1 warmup set be sufficient? Thanks.

    Depends on the exercise, but for heavy compound movements I usually do 4+ sets of gradually heavier weight as warmup.
