    Possible Split GOOD?BAD?

If I were to split a day for chest and tri which should I do first since tri's are a major muscle in both exsesise I will primarily be benching for chest-incline,flat,decline, and for tri's skull crushers,cg bench press, dips.

well if you don't want to get pinned under the bar while doing bench, do chest first. Bigger muscle group first.

I also split chest and tris. I always do chest first:

-Dumbell Bench Press (1 warm-up Set of 12 reps, 3 Sets of 6/8 Reps)
-Dumbell Incline Press (3 Sets, 6/8 Reps)
-Dumbell Flies (3 Sets, 6/8 Reps)
    -Dips (3 Sets, 6/8 Reps)
-Tricep One Arm Front Cable Pushdowns (3 Sets, 6/8 Reps)

    Good luck.
