Help with a diet
I need help with a good diet for me. Currently, im 5'10" or so, and 145 pounds w/ 10-12% body fat. I need a good diet that will help me gain muscle mass, while decreasing body fat% by 2-4 % (goal of 8% or so). For the diet, nothing radical food wise, just stuff i can pick up at a local grocery (sp?) store. I also have protein powder, which has 20 grams of protein per serving in it (its the GNC stuff, Banana flavored, yumm). Anywho, thanks alot! (oh, btw, i run 3 days a week, and lift weights 5 days a week)
