I'm trying to reconcile why WBB breaks the logic of back/bis, chest/tris. Is there a reason a deadlift is thrown in with back/chest? I'm a little confused and some explanation may help relieve a mental block I'm having with WBB.

And I've changed my diet and feel pretty good after my workouts, but I cannot keep my eyes open in the late afternoons. I'm aware I'll need more sleep with the additional workouts but this is has been a tough transition and I'm napping which is something I normally NEVER do. My energy has been relatively low in between workouts. I feel good when I'm pumped but the recovery seems a bit rougher than I expected. Eating as many times as I can also seems to make me sleepy. Any suggestions?
