Okay, almost everyone here agrees that losing fat and gaining muscle are impossible, especially in someone with previous training experience. Well so far, I have dropped from around 32% BF to 23% since the end of summer, yet in this time arms have increased around 1/4" in circumference. Would this not mean I had gained muscle while simultaneously losing fat? I have had around 2 to 2-1/2 years training experience also, w/ only about a 3 month layoff during the summer. Any comments?
