It certainly is now. I've given up my 1200 days and try for at least 1700... preferably 2000 (only hit it when I take my fiance out to dinner, though). I feel great for it, too. I feel stronger, more energetic, more intelligent (ah, delusions), more confident... just flat out BETTER.

I was expecting to bulk on 2000 based on past experience... but that's not happening. If 3 pounds a week keeps up I'll be at my 165 in just over a month... and since I'm lifting heavier than I ever have I'm hoping it's not muscle being broiled away.
