I've read other posts about knees, but I didn't really see anything that matched.
I've started having knee pains a few months ago, and I don't really know why. if I sit for a long time, or sit with my legs crossed or even driving they would hurt, it started with just the left knee, but now both hurt. It is also bad when I do tae kwon do. I'm thinking it is lack of calcuim since I hardly ever drink milk, and yougurt is not high on my list of food eaten.
what do you think?
