Push ups/Bench press...too much?
I am trying to prepare for basic training for the Air Force and I am currently doing 6 sets of 20 reps of push ups. I am now going to begin a small routine and I was wondering if a bench press exercise may be overtraining?

Depends on how much volume/weight you do and how often. Train chest no more than 2 times a week and keep it to 6-9 sets total and you will not be overtraining. Use the search function to look up recommended routines or do the WBB routines.
