    post workout shake

    hey guys,
    i know that the post workout shake should be a ratio of 2:1 carbsrotein. What do you guys use for the carb? I know it should be simple carbs but is there a specific powder that i can buy to mix with the protein powder that I have? My protein powder is just protein w/ no carbs. So what type of carb powder should i get and from where?
