I need some good cardio workouts for the rest days to get cut and lower my body fat. i have a fairly small room to work out in with a manual treadmill and an exercise bike. its winter so i dont feel like goin out in the cold.

i also dont have enough freeweight, my bar only has 120 lbs on it and that doesnt work anything on deadlifts and so forth.
Don't know of any machine than can replicate a deadlift either. Might invest in another 200 lbs. Not that expensive.
