Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Currently all I eat for breakfast is cereal. I am in a hurry so I was wondering if a meal replacement would be better? Also should I eat school food or should I pack my own lunch? If so, what should it consist of?

A good breakfast mrp is milk + a sugar/salt free cereal

Add some protein powder or pasteurized egg white for additional protein

example of a good ready to eat cereal: Post's Shredded Wheat bran

Sugar free all natural Oat meal is the best, however, you need to add water/milk & microwave it

Some people make smoothie which works this way:
Add milk + protein powder + fruits + flax powder + cereal in a blender.
Make double quantity, consume half at night, keep in refrigerator and blend it again before consuming it in the morning.

What is flax powder and how much does protein powder cost exactly? I don't have a job and might get one soon, but don't have much money and my parents don't want to spend too much money on food, because it's expensive, especially the wheat stuff. Also, wouldn't the cereal be kinda chunky or wouldn't the wheat be sharp going down? Just wondering, cause I would think so, but never tried it.

Matt breakfast doesn't have to be complicated. All I have for breakfast 6-7 days a week is plain oatmeal mixed w/a little syrup or yogurt for taste and scrambled eggs(3 whites & 1 yolk) the prep time is about 10 min. But if you seriouly can't find that time buy a good whey protein supplement and a 1kg bag of skim mlilk powder, use 1 scoop of protein powder and 1 50g scoop of milk powder for the perfect Meal Replacement drink. And always pack your own lunch that should consist of tuna for protein and a carb source be it milk or fruit. Good luck
