    Uneven Pecs!

Whats up guys. I've had a problem with my pecs ever since i have been lifting. My pecs seem to be uneven. My right side seems to be a little more "meatier" than my left. I had tried to fix this problem with rotating dumbells into my sets. Seems to be working a little bit i guess. Some say it's not noticable, But I can definatly tell when i look in the mirror. Most people I see have perfectly proportion pecs. Mine looks odd. I will add a pic so you can judge for yourself if it is a real prob or not. Am I alone with this problem? Or does anyone else has problems with there pecs being uneven????

    Thankz

That's not noticeable at all. My right lung is about half the size of my left, so my entire torso is noticeably asymmetrical. Quit worrying about it and get bigger. The bigger they are, the less even you will notice.

That's a good point. I'm sorry but I didn't notice any uneven-ness in your pecs in your picture. If you get the pecs big then no one will ever notice the uneven-ness... just the massiveness and sexiness.

you and I have the same problem. yeah people tell me they can't notice it either unless they're like right in front of me. both you and I have slightly bigger right chests and the middle part of the left pec seems to be "missing". I guess we just have to keep lifting like Titanium_Jim said.

I see what you are talking about but from taking visual point mesurments, it looks like it is an illusion created by the different shaped nipples and the slight difference in shape at the curved bottom of the pec.

You look fine. But since I know that's not the answer that you're looking for I'd say you could use bigger shoulders and chest muscles. I'm saying that you "could use", not that you need.

Your body has picked out how you look and before you started weightlifting different parts of your body looked different and were different in size in relation to other parts of your body. I've always figured the differences in size should always be roughly the same whether you don't work out or have been working out for decades (one reason not to neglect a muscle group). Keep working out all muscle groups equally and you'll look the way you should.

Relax though, you look really good for a 17 year old

Good thing this got bumped up from three years ago!

Gain 50lbs and watch the difference fade away.
    22 - 5'10@236lbs!
    Bench - 325 (old)
    Squat - 455x2 (old)
    Deadlift - 500(old)

    Total: 1280lbs 100% raw

The key to my exercise program is this one simple truth: I hate my body.
