i had never tried close grip/tri bench press before (even after more that 5 years lifting)...did them the other day along with weighted bench dips...THEY RULE! my arms stll feel pumped. i suggest this for anybody not getting tri results!
"Getting results?" If getting a pump means getting results, training sure would be easy. Now, if 6 months down the road you've added an inch to your tris from that exercise, then you've got results. Shoot, I get a pump from having a flu shot.

ok..however- a new exercise that hits your muscle a different way & gives a pump is probably more effective & motivational than an exercise where you dont seem to feel results.."pumped" is merely a word, obviously results are the goal, regardless of the phrasing of opinions....
