Is there any difference in lying down on a machine and curling the weight up or sitting in a machine and curling the weight down? I would think they are the same but would like some clarification

Lying down leg curls activate more of the muscle fiber than the seated do, but trust me when i say that if you are doing your SLDL properly...its not going to matter which leg curls you do .
