I find that I'm eating more than six times a day. For instance, here's a typical day:
07:00 - Whey/Creatine Shake
08:15 - Bagel (dry)
09:15 - Natty PB on whole wheat
10:30 - Banana
12:30 - Turkey breast, Lowfat Swiss on whole wheat w/ Ruffles Light (no fat)
14:30 - 4 Snackwell Cookies
17:00 - Whey Shake
18:00 - Salad (lettuce, chicken breast, shredded cheddar, cucumber, ranch dressing) _ Whole wheat Roll
20:00 - Lowfat Klondike Bar
22:00 - Nitrean Shake with TBSP of Natty PB
I weigh 185lbs. I'm currently bulking. I'm trying to get about 3,000 Calories and keep my Fats at 25% or less.
No no no no, your not eating more then six MEALS a day but you are eating more then six TIMES a day. A banana doesn't really qualify as a meal its only 100cals lol. It fine that you eat more then six times a day keep the food coming in. Dont you just love bulking, I do=)
Keep your *saturated* fats under 25% (actually, aim for about 10% of daily calories from saturates as a target). The other fats are supposedly good for you.

why are you separating protien from carbs in so many meals?
meal 1 should be a whey shake AND a bagel with natty PB
I'm not separating protein from carbs intentionally. I'm just trying to eat good foods, when I'm hungry. Is it very important that I have carbs and proteins together? If so, why? Thanks.Originally Posted by malkore
Eat however many "meals" you want to eat to obtain your caloric goals for the day. Not like you're missing out if you eat 5 and still hit the calories you want....or eating 7 and hitting them.
