    Arthritis in my neck.

I only feel any sore of discomfort when I put my chin to my chest whcih isn't something I go around doing very often but it can be annoying,

If there exercises I can do to help this? Natually I know I will have it the rest of my life but is there a way to allow me ot have complete pain free movement of my neck?

If you are hurt, go to the doctors. It really doesn't get any simpler than that people.

Did a Doctor diagnose it as Arthritis?

Here is an article on Yoga and the neck. You might find it interesting.

I am not aware of any neck tilt. I may have a slight foreard one but nothing that would be noticable.

My chiropractor showed me on an xray that the discs are close together.

I find some neck stretching exercises to help with my neck stiffness.

Ya, that and me stopping the cracking of my neck. It just sucked seeing it on the xray. Not a hell of a lot one can do for Arthritis I guess.

I feel this stiffness around my neck too sometimes. It doesn't really hurt or anything. I've seen a physician and he just told me to do some neck exercises but didn't advise me to take an X-Ray. I don't know if I have arthritis too. What are your symptoms?

Specificly, I have pain in the exact spot that I was shown on the xray where the c6 and c7 are closer together. I think it ws 6 and 7. Might be wrong about that. I have had it for a long time but I guess I just got so use to it that I just ignored it.

When I bend my neck too far forward or backward. Ever since I started sleeping with the form fitting pillow, %95 of that has went away. I can't explain it other than less strain nas enabled my neck to not always be under strain and have time to relax and not hurt. I am still aware of it but it doesn't bother me hardly at all now.
