Hello to all. Im new to this forum after having worked out for almost 3 years and losing patience with the fact that my strength has not increased much. At first my goal was weight loss (5'10 220 lbs, currently at 180). I read the WBB1 routine and have no problems with trying it.
Should I take a break from the gym before starting the routine?
What and how much should I be eating?
I currently try to eat 6 meals a day, but most of what I eat is geared towards maintaining my current weight. I dont know much about bulking, so is an increase in fat normal? My current goal is to increase strength. I currently max out at about 190 on the flat bench.
Any help would be appreciated.
I also forgot to mention, how much cardio, if any, should I be doing? I usually try to run a few times a week (about 2 miles at a time), and I was thinking maybe thats another reason I have not seen an increase in size.
