Heart Rate Question
Hello. I'm converting to HIIT & it suggest that you should raise your heart rate to 90-95% of my maximum heart rate. How do I know what this is? Or perhaps should I go by how I feel rather than readings?
Get a heart rate monitor, and then determine your numbers.
Or, go by how you feel. HIIT calls for 80+% which basically means work your ass off as hard as you can for the specified interval.
