Well here was the original post
I said I would start on the 18th....so tomorrow it begins!

Pretty much gone past the 1st week of prep-phase....slowly increasing my caloric intake by increments of ~400 a day. I'm eating at about 3900 calories a day now (i'll continue this for the bulking phase). My body has adjusted well so far.
Current Weight 132 lbs.
This week I'll start the training, since my body has adjusted to the food levels; I'll post the regimen of my routine too (on a weekly basis), including pictures.
