Can I run the day after working out legs... even with moderate doms?
Isin't that a question you should be asking your body? If you can support your body weight, then everything should be okay. I have always been a runner, and while I have currently given up on cardio during my bulk, I don't see a safety issue with running the day after working on your legs, as long as YOU feel it is safe, because nobody can judge your body as well as you can.
Scars are tatoos with better stories.
If you can run and want to run, run. If you can't run, don't run.
Don't hate the player. Hate the game.
I don't run if i'm still sore. It only leads to muscle pulls, regardless how much I stretch and warmup. But then again, I'm nearly 40, so that could make a difference.
Yes, running will actually make the DOMs go away faster.
