    Safe to run through leg doms?

    Isin't that a question you should be asking your body? If you can support your body weight, then everything should be okay. I have always been a runner, and while I have currently given up on cardio during my bulk, I don't see a safety issue with running the day after working on your legs, as long as YOU feel it is safe, because nobody can judge your body as well as you can.

    I don't run if i'm still sore. It only leads to muscle pulls, regardless how much I stretch and warmup. But then again, I'm nearly 40, so that could make a difference.
