Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps all in the same day?

I'm not challenging WBB#1, but is it really ok to lift those three on the same day? Would I be better of switching off my shoulders to say a Wednesday along with my legs? I'm just curious, just wanted to hear some comments about it.

I leave were it is, bi and tri are a pretty quick workout anyways. There is no problem with working all 3 muscle groups.

awesome, just checking. I still may even add an excercise or two to the bi's and tri's.

I love that day. I don't feel the excercises eat into each other's working weight reps at all. I even throw in grip training at the end of it (usually by holding the DBs I shrug with earlier in the week until I can't hold them any more... then doing it again).
