I couldn't finish the whole thing. It was alright. I think the fact that he didn't reference any sources took away from his credibility so I don't know how much of that I believe, if any.

You could start by reading the whole thing before trouncing the guy for not supplying references... I don't see a lot of people citing research around here, in musclemags, or in many bodybuilding books for that matter...

Yea rofl, end the how to squat raw article by telling people to go out and buy a squat suit. Deff a good read.... and the whole deal about bands made me think a little while.
I haven't read it yet. But I make it a point to read anything Wendler takes the time to write. Anyone who's interested in getting stronger should do the same.
