    Olympic Lifting

I'm interested in learning how to do the olympic lifts. Unfortunately I don't have anyone to teach me. Does anyone know of a good gymn in the tri-state New York area that I can go to in order to learn the correct way to perform these movements?

Does anyone have any on-line resources? Books?

    Search is down btw!

The Weightlifting Encyclopedia by Arthur Dreschler is a great book. Probably a lot more than you need, but here's a link: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...06240?v=glance

Hey, thanks for the response Sensei. I must be in luck cause I did some searching on the intraweb and came across a gym in Queens called the "Lost Battalion Hall"... And Arthur Dreschler coaches there!

I'm going to head over there either tonight or tomorrow.
