The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I had good luck with them and there is some sort of relationship between them and WBB. (Mods, please clarify! I don't really know.)

and they have held up well on me.

But make sure not to rely on them to much, your grip can start to suffer. Use them for super heavy compound lifts, where your grip cannot hold up to the amount of weight that the targeted area can stand.

I'll definitely have to get me a pair of those. I've been meaning to buy some.

Most definatly However im debating if i want to buy the knee wraps or the knee braces. My only concern about the knee brace is that when my legs grow, they wont fit, where the wraps will.

I think knee wraps are made specifically for lifting, so I'd probably just go with the wraps. Unless I don't know what I'm talking about, then you can ignore this entire post.

i just recently ordered a pair of the harbinger wrist straps off bb.com for $6 something. i hope they're worth it. i'm thinking about getting some knee wraps too. my left knee has been giving me a little bit of trouble lately after heavy squat workouts.

jme, I really like my harbringer straps..in fact I like all their gloves too. I have a normal pair, a pair I never use anymore that has wraps to help support the wrists (I've since fixed my weakness there) and then the straps.

Like i said though before...if you go with the brace thing..it seems if you start to add inches youll have to buy a whole new one.
