    So.. what do you all do for abs?

    I'm pretty new to the whole fitness thing, and just started eating right and working out consistently in May, and have put on about 10 pounds since I began.. pretty happy with my results so far, but I'm really wanting to get some nice abs.. what exercises/routines would you guys recommend?

    I do:
    Weighted Declines 45/55/65 @ 8 x 3.
    Weighted Obliques: 45/75/95 @ 8 x 3.
    Cable Crunches: 120/140/160 @ 8 x 3.
    Leg Lifts (Or Throw downs instead if I have a friend): Until failure.
    Scars are tatoos with better stories.

    Thats right! A 6 pack is mainly a great diet + good abs.

    I do weighted Hanging Leg Raises.. I just hold a dumbell between my feet.
    Squat = Not enough
    DL = Not enough
    Bench = Not enough

    Big 3 = Not enough

    so what is your specific question you are asking about then?
    as of the 209 posts about half will say to get ripped abs half will say go on a diet and just do some ab exercise.
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.
