I just hate doing squats. My form isn't perfect plus I haven't done them in so long... I'm just wondering, is it absolutely necessary to do them in order to get an all around good leg work out?
I worked out legs today and it was an amazing work out; I did the following:
1.) 3 sets of Leg Press (230lbs + weight of rack)
2.) 3 sets of Weighted Lunges (35s in each hand)
3.) 3 sets of Leg Ext (140lbs)
4.) 3 sets of Leg Curls (50lbs)
5.) 3 sets weighted calf raises (120lbs)
I was DEAD afterward; walking like a damn robot.
Are squats necessary? Should I substitute something for them or just try to add them in?
