    Working around injuries

Last year, I tore my right bicep tendon moving furniture improperly. I can no longer deadlift heavy as a result. Through trial and error, I found Good Mornings to be a great lower back/hamstring movement. But I hardly see people do them in my gym. What's your experience with them?

    (1) Wrong forum, should be posted in the general weightlifting forum.

    (2) I never do them, but many people swear by them and they're a good exercise. If you can't DL properly because of an exercise, I'd call them a decent replacement.

Go to your main post, hit edit. You'll see a box that will say "delete message", click that box, then click the edit button. Post gone.

it won't let me delete the original post, just all the others, which is pointless. i think it will be ignored and/or moved anyway, so no sweat.

    weights and me = friends
computers and me = bitter enemies

    thanks for your help!
