Weight: 11 1/2 St / 160 lb (approx)

First entry into the journal, after a few months of light training every week I have built up a moderately toned body, with a little mass. With little / no cardio excersize. My next goal is to take my body fat down enabling visible and toned abs (the gut needs to go!), while still drinking lots of beer, eating as usual (very varied - alot of cals). So does this mean I have to do alot of cardio? Probably - but we will see.
