    whats a wall jump, you run up the wall and do a backflip and land in a handstand roll and tuck....

    or do you just jump at the wall with one foot and land back on your feet?

    2.5 hours wrestling training

    BOOYAH BABY!

    160 lbs!!!!!!~!~!!~~!. Sweet!

    Pullups are getting tough, lol. I'm getting the same amount of reps @ 160 then I was at all my other weights though, so .

    Up 3 reps on DB Rows, up 5lb DBs on Shrugs, up a rep 1 on DB curls. I'm happy with my *****ty* curling because the shrugs blew up my forearms far more than usual yet I still maintaned my repage from last session.

    Gym still hasn't gotten my bar . I'm calling the fitness coordinator of my town later today.

    Josh: Because my new sched has legs on tuesday... and if I followed my routine, I would have been doing legs on tuesday anyways. It's ok though, I just gotta go to the gym tommorow aswell.

    First day of new split gone well. Unfortunately, the gym was packed and getting to squat was unthinkable.

    Tried DB Lunges... felt the 2nd set sorta, but I know I can do much more yet my forearms wouldn't hold up. Might try it with a BB when I go with my buddies.

    BOOYAH BABY! Last time I did Leg Press fresh was about 1 month ago... and since then I went up 55lbs with 1 less rep! Hey Alke, I'm only 225lbs from you! I'm the freakin' man!!!

    Went up a rep or two on leg curls and calf raises aswell.

    Pizdoff: Ah. Nah, I just do basic crunches lol. I'll start adding weight once it's hard to "feel" them at 50 reps. Right now it seems fine though... my abs aren't t3h strongs.

    Guelph has variety! The university makes it multi-cultured.
