Every time you eat food, don't eat those last couple bites that you would usually have eaten. Repeat this every time you eat...

Assuming by "spare tire" you mean the fat around your torso of course.

The best exercise would be eating less.

i had suggested this exercise for someone who wanted to lose face fat.

chew your food 50 reps each time you take a bite, spit it out, do this for 8 sets, then resume to normal eating. This doesn't work with soups.

    Spare tire is your GUT...

The best exercise isn't an exercise--it's cutting calories. Not too much, or you'll stall out amid your body's starvation defenses, but set up a cutting diet based on your maintenance calorie intake, and the spare tire will slowly disappear.

    It's as simple as that..

Alright I think Phoenix gets the idea lol. So, just make sure you cut a few hundred calories from your maintenance calories (the amount of calories you eat to maintain your current weight).

A "spare tire" is if you stood in the middle of a tire and lifted it up about waist high. If the tire was a buncha fat, THAT is a "spare tire"...
    It's not just your gut...or love handles... it's a RING 'o fat...like a TIRE...it's round...GOSH!

Well if they tone your stomach then I should probably just push out like 200 crunches a day. Get them nice and toned and maybe lose a couple inches off my belt size.

Or I could just keep dieting and training hard and working my torso just like any other muscle and actually see some real results...
